Baked Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
1 1/2 - 2 1/2
lbs
6-8 pieces of skin-on bone-in chicken drumsticks
or thighs
3
tbsp
avocado oil
or olive oil

tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1/2
tbsp
coconut aminos
soy sauce works

tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
pepper
1 1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1 1/2
tsp
onion powder

tsp
oregano
1/2
tsp
smoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Toss all ingredients into a gallon freezer bag and massage the seasoning into the meat, insuring everything is covered.
When you're ready, remove the drumsticks from the back and line them out on the baking sheet.
Place in the oven for about 45 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway for even cooking.
Let them cool for 10 minutes before serving.
