Baked Chicken Drumsticks

Crispy golden brown on the outside yet juicy & tender on the inside, these drumsticks are the perfect quick main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 lbs 6-8 pieces of skin-on bone-in chicken drumsticks or thighs
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos soy sauce works
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Toss all ingredients into a gallon freezer bag and massage the seasoning into the meat, insuring everything is covered.
  • When you're ready, remove the drumsticks from the back and line them out on the baking sheet.
  • Place in the oven for about 45 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway for even cooking.
  • Let them cool for 10 minutes before serving.
